Last Friday, the CELF program had its monthly gathering event! The monthly gathering events include fun games, snacks, and activities for students in the CELF program to come and participate in to relieve stress. The gatherings also focus on socializing with different people through the program and office. It is a great way to learn more about fellow CELFs and spend some recreational time together.
For this gathering, we focused on a Halloween/fall theme! We started the gathering with painting and carving pumpkins. It is always so interesting to see everyone’s artistic style and image when doing craft activities. As always, there is some kind of candy or food involved and we had s’mores for this gathering! Sheil Hall is lucky enough to have a bonfire pit in the side yard, which our office took great advantage of.
Overall, the CELF program embodies the richness of building relationships with your fellow leaders and also knowing when to just simply have a little fun. Thank you to everyone who continues to make the office and program as great as it is!
