New faces joined us this training. Welcome to our newest CELFs, Cameron, Kae, and Lily! You will be hearing from them very soon. We also welcomed Hannah, the new graduate assistant for the office!
More specifically about training, we had another great Saturday. Training is the one time of the semester where everyone involved in the CELF (Community Engaged Learning Facilitator) program and community engaged learning office can come together to continue to share ideas and learn. We spent a majority of our time talking about reflection and how best to be leaders in course and community-based partnerships. The theme of meaning and purpose will also be continued this semester beginning at training and continuing into the monthly community time meetings.
Besides that, we enjoyed lunch and dinner as a group as we were excitedly welcoming everyone in! Stay in touch this semester and keep a lookout for more information about the monthly events with this blog and our social medias.
