Kelly Bleakley recently joined the Office of Community Engaged Learning as a Graduate Assistant (GA), teaming up with Emilio Franchini, who also joined the office a few weeks ago as a GA. Kelly has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, from which she graduated in December of 2020. She is now pursuing a master's degree in School Counseling at Lewis.
Kelly has previous experience in community engaged work, as she was part of mentoring programs in her hometown, Batavia Illinois, as well as in communities throughout Kentucky. Currently, Kelly is a community co-chair for the masters facilities plan through Batavia School District, called Building Our Future Together.
She is very excited to start working with the students and faculty who are supported by the Office of Community Engaged Learning. She hopes to build strong connections and help engage students and faculty throughout Lewis University by joining the community!
